Our Weekend Childbirth Education is an abbreviated version of discussion topics covered in our 4-week series.  We highly recommend attending this class when you are 32-34 weeks gestation.

•    Comfort measures -- breathing and relaxation techniques
•    Interventions and decreasing risk of complications
•    After delivery care
•    Hospital admitting procedures
