4-week Childbirth Education Series
Cost: FREE per couple 

Our 4-week Childbirth Education Series is a comprehensive and informative class on what to expect during labor, delivery and postpartum.  We highly recommend attedning these classes when you are 28-30 weeks gestation. 

Discussion topics include:

• Natural course of labor and birth processes
• Pain relief options
• Cesearean birth/deliveries
• Comfort measures -- breahting and relaxation techniques
• Interventions and decreasing risk of comlications
• After delivery care
• Hospital admitting procedures
• Creathing a birth plan/wish list
